On-Call Hospice RN – Madison / Verona Market
Azura Palliative Care and Hospice

Help us bring Azura’s compassionate hospice care to the Madison area.

Azura Palliative Care and Hospice is a Wisconsin-based, family-owned organization expanding from our established Milwaukee market into Madison—with Verona as a key focus. We’re looking for a skilled, heart-centered Registered Nurse to provide after-hours and on-call hospice care as we grow this service.

What you’ll do

• Respond to after-hours needs: symptom management, support visits, admissions, and death visits as needed
• Provide calm, skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, assisted living, and memory care communities
• Educate and support families when they need you most
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians
• Help establish strong clinical practices as we grow in Dane County

What we’re looking for

• Current Wisconsin RN license (in good standing)
• Hospice, palliative, home health, or strong med-surg experience preferred—we will train the right nurse who has the heart for this work
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Comfort working independently while staying closely connected to the team
• Compassion, clinical judgment, and excellent communication
