About the Role:
Cornerstone & Co of Texas LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Entry-Level Customer Consultant to join our growing team in College Station, TX! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people and wants to develop valuable skills in
customer relations, sales, communication, and business development . No prior experience is required — we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships through direct, face-to-face interactions
- Learn to identify customer needs and present solutions based on those needs
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout each interaction
- Meet individual and team sales goals and performance expectations
- Participate in paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development
- Work collaboratively with team members to support customer engagement and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Develop communication, customer service, sales, and business development skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to the College Station, TX area
- No prior sales or customer service experience required — full training provided
