Job Title - Salesforce Business Analyst

Location - Johns Creek, GA onsite

Duration - 6+ months contract to hire

Position Summary

• We are seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce CRM experience to support business-critical initiatives focused on sales operations, process improvement, user adoption, and enterprise system integrations. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, documenting business processes, supporting testing activities, and helping ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational objectives.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, possesses exceptional documentation skills, and has a strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and cross-functional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze sales processes, customer workflows, and revenue-related business functions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other project artifacts.
• Maintain and update process documentation using established templates, standards, and governance procedures.
• Serve as a functional Salesforce SME, helping stakeholders understand system capabilities and best practices.
• Coordinate with technical teams on Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and system changes.
• Support testing efforts including test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation activities.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Assist with change management initiatives and user adoption efforts.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are properly documented and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM business processes.
• Understanding of sales operations, customer lifecycle management, sales pipelines, and revenue-generating processes.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow documentation, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
